Prices and shipping
For EU citizens all prices on this website include 21% VAT. Shipping is free within the EU.
Worldwide shipping costs are €25,- for customers outside of the EU. However, since you are outside the EU you won’t be charged VAT (Value added tax). The prices you see are including 0% tax.
We offer the following payment options: Ideal, Creditcard, Bancontant/MisterCash and Sofort Banking. All payments will take place through a secure connection. Our Payment Service Provider Is Sisow. Their name will appear on your bank or creditcard statement. Sisow is licensed by the DNB (Dutch National Bank). When you are not able to use any of our payment options, please contact us by mail; email@example.com.
Order confirmation and delivery
After receiving your order we will send you an invoice by email as a confirmation. After receiving your payment we will send your order by registered mail. Please allow a period of five days between payment and delivery.
Hellen van Berkel will not share any personal information with others without your consent. The information you supply will only be used to process your order.
Hellen van Berkel guarantees all products are well made and in accordance with the specifications stated. All materials are carefully selected but some deviations or irregularities may occur, because of the use of natural fibres only. Computer monitor colour representation varies and can be responsible for colour deviation as well.
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Studio van Berkel within 30 days of purchase date. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
You have the option of exchanging the item(s) or receiving a refund for the full amount of the item purchased . Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund after we receipt your return.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Studio van Berkel reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton, and send it to Hellen van Berkel HeartMadePrints Lochemseweg 101, 7215 RB JOPPE the Netherlands.
- We recommend you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unworn, in their original box.
- Studio van Berkel is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
